Caliban's Dream re-create the magical atmosphere of a Medieval or Tudor court with stunning costumes and an array of exotic historical instruments.
We can give your guests a royal welcome as they arrive with a fanfare on shawms and tabor. As the evening begins we can transport your guests back in time with enchanting pieces on the gothic harp, gemshorn, recorders and voice. During the feast we can stroll amongst your guests as they dine and enchant them with songs and jolly tunes. We can pipe in the various courses as they are brought in. As the evening progresses and your guests become merry we can crank up the volume with lively historical dances played on bagpipes, hurdy gurdy, shawms and percussion.
Every banquet or party is unique so please let us know if you have any requests. To make your evening special we can provide jesters, stiltwalkers, masked dancers and storytellers or we can lead your guests in an Historical Ceilidh with our expert dance master Ricardo Barros.
